The World's Fair Comes To
Canaan, Indiana
Ok, so it's not the World's Fair. But
it's really close! Almost as big! I hear next year they are going to
build a Space Needle, maybe have one of those Macy's Parade Balloons.
(Just hope it's not the Barney one!) Yep, I can see it now! Dave better
stock up on Cokes and candy bars.
We had a great time this year at the Fall
Festival! There may not have been a lot of booths to browse this year, but
we sure made up for it in other ways! The fish sandwiches from the Canaan
Volunteer Fire Department were great! I ate way to many of them!
Kim's coleslaw was great too! I'm sure the other food vendors had great
stuff too, but we never made it past the Fire House.
All and all a great weekend! I think
we've started a new Jefferson Road tradition on Fall Festival Weekend!
( Let's just move Country Crusin' night to Saturday along with the bonfire!! )
