Wrigley Field - Chicago Cubs Game 5/23/05

    Sometimes the best trips are the spontaneous ones!  This trip was planned only a few days before the game!  We weren't even sure the tickets would get here before we had to leave for Chicago.  Well, to make a long story short, Kathy was on VACATION, Easton just out of school, so we went!  The drive wasn't bad at all.  Actually made it thru Chicago traffic with no problems.  Parked right outside of Wrigley Field too!

    As if it was something out of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Rod and Easton were "Fan of The Game" and were on the field before the game!  Serious, they were standing in the On Deck Circle and got their picture taken and a bag of Cubs Goodies!  Kathy and I couldn't believe it!! 

    It was a great day!  And the Cubs won.  Can't say I'm a huge Cubs fan, but it was a great place to watch a game.  Now I know why the Cubs fans are the way they are!  Wrigley Field is a unique place!  So are the people!
