Well, I guess we're going to have a White
Christmas!
I know we were all looking forward to a little snow for the
holidays, but this is crazy!!! After it's all said and done; I think
we got 2 feet of snow. There are snow drifts here at the farm over 4 feet.
Our car was almost completely covered! But, we've made the best of it!
The sled rides were the best! We hooked a couple of sleds up the the
tractor! Rod drove Easton and I all over the fields, up and down the
roads. We had a blast!
Being blessed by having plenty of food, heat, and plenty to
drink! Chores have been slightly difficult, but we're making it. All
the horses, dogs and goats seem to have managed so far!! Luckily we have
enough tank heaters for all the horses! Blessed to have great neighbors
here in Canaan! The County finally plowed the road, after Ed already
plowed on his tractor. Thanks to Greg we were able to get the truck out of
the driveway!
