Well, Elvis has been to town!  Jack rode Elvis from our farm to Madison.  He's a great trail horse, but also a good city horse!  The cars, horns, lights, and noise don't seem to bother him!  So, Elvis is done here!

Here's Elvis out on a trail ride!  Rod's been working with Elvis for sometime now both in the round pen and trail riding.  I've been on Elvis a couple of times in the round pen, but now he's is at the point for me to start trail riding him.  These pictures are the second trail ride I had rode him on.  It was a dramatic change from the first time I ever rode him.  It's amazing how far he's come along!  A few days after these pictures were taking Jack (Elvis' owner) came out for a trail ride.  Elvis did great!  He rode everywhere Jack pointed his head! 

 

These are pictures of one of the first times we saddled up Elvis.  He wasn't to happy about it, but did well.  He bucked for awhile, but soon got over it.  He's quite a handful to bridle!  That seems to be one of his worst points.
